Questions

How do I know a truck is really there?

A truck only shows as live while its phone is at the stop and sharing location. If the signal drops, it changes to "last seen". Planned stops are always labelled planned.

What if my order is wrong or not up to scratch?

Report it in the app within 2 hours of pickup with a photo. The truck can refund you straight away; if not, our team reviews it and refunds go back to your card.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest with Apple Pay or Google Pay. An Urban account lets you track orders, follow trucks and leave reviews.

Are prices the same as at the window?

Trucks set their own prices, synced from their till. Prices include GST and there is no service fee for customers.

Can I book a truck for my event?

Yes. Post your event or send a request from a truck’s profile. Trucks reply with quotes and you pay the deposit through Tucker Trucks.
