How the fee is taken

You never send us a payment for orders. Here is a $22 order on the Ordering plan.

01A customer pays $22.00They pay the menu price, GST included. No card fee is added at checkout, and a tax invoice arrives with their order confirmation.
02We take $0.94That is 2.9% + 30c, taken automatically from the order. Card processing is already inside it.
03You are paid $21.06The rest goes into your next payout, and your monthly statement lists every order and fee.

Taking payment through your own Square account instead? Square takes our fee when the customer pays and the rest lands in your Square balance. A $22 order then costs $0.92 in fees: Square's 2.2% ($0.48) and our 2.0% on the Ordering plan ($0.44).

What would it cost me?

When to move up a plan, on Tucker Trucks payments Ordering is cheaper than Pay-as-you-go above $2,900 a month in app sales. You are above that. Pro is cheaper than Ordering above $12,500 a month in app sales. You are above that. Fleet is cheaper than Pro above $23,333 a month in app sales. You are below that.
