The rules for finding trucks, ordering and paying on Tucker Trucks.
- 01 Who we areTucker Trucks is a marketplace that connects you with independent food trucks. It is part of the Urban Network.
- 02 Your accountYou can order as a guest or with an Urban account. Keep your sign-in details safe.
- 03 Orders and pricesEach truck sets its own menu and prices, which include GST. An order is confirmed when payment goes through.
- 04 PaymentTucker Trucks takes payment on the truck’s behalf through Stripe. Your card details are never stored by us.
- 05 PickupCollect from the truck at the time you chose. How long uncollected orders are held: [to be decided].
- 06 CancellationsYou can cancel until the truck starts making your order. If a truck closes early, open orders are refunded automatically.
- 07 Problems and refundsReport problems within 2 hours of pickup. See the refunds and claims policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
- 08 Reviews and contentReviews must follow the community guidelines. We may remove content that breaks them.
- 09 Our responsibilityTrucks are responsible for their food, including allergen information. Limits on our liability: [to be drafted].
